We are issuing this advisory in reference to the warning to the publc issued by the SEC against unregistered Crypto Platforms closely resembling Globalink's GTRADE. Globalinks' GTRADE is not in any way connected to the gTrade cryptocurrency trading platform or any other digital asset exchange. Any use of the name GTRADE in relation to cryptocurrency trading is entirely unrelated to Globalinks Securities and Stocks Inc. GTRADE is an online trading platform launched in 2019 by Globalinks Securities and Stocks Inc., a duly registered member of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). The platform was certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the purpose of facilitating stock trading and securities transactions. For clarity and investor protection, please note that Globalinks GTRADE operates exclusively within the regulated securities market under the SEC and PSE oversight, and does not engage in cryptocurrency trading activities.

With this, equities trades executed on August 24, 2023 will be settled on August 29, 2023. Taking into consideration the national holiday on August 28, 2023 (National Heroes Day)
